mm2 Asia has closed an investment of S$3 million prior to listing a subsidiary and ISDN Holdings will be dual listing its shares on the HKSE.
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">mm2 Asia receives S$3m in investment</h3>
<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/mm2-asia" target="_blank">mm2 Asia</a>, the films and TV production house, saw its shares rise up to 3.4 per cent on 21 November 2016 on news that three investors &#8211; SPH AsiaOne, Apex Capital and Maxi-Harvest &#8211; have agreed to invest S$1 million each to subscribe for shares in UnUsUaL, a unit of mm2 Asia.
The investment is a pre-IPO investment, made ahead of the planned initial public offer (IPO) of UnUsUaL.
The transaction involves the subscription of mandatory convertible notes for two years. These will be converted into ordinary shares in UnUsUaL at a 15per cent discount to the IPO price.
No time for the listing has been confirmed, though the pre-IPO investment commitment gives a further boost to sentiment surrounding the stock. Values of mm2 Asias&#8217; shares have surged 132 per cent year to date.
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">ISDN Holdings cleared for dual listing</h3>
Mainboard-listed <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/tag/isdn-holdings/" target="_blank">ISDN Holdings</a> has secured approval from the <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/sgx" target="_blank">Singapore Exchange (SGX)</a>, in a letter dated 18 November, stating the the bourse has no position on the corporation engaging in a dual primary listing of its shares on the main board of the <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/tag/hkse/" target="_blank">Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE)</a>.
This proposal includes ISDN’s proposed grant of award to controlling shareholder Teo Cher Koon as well as his controlling associate, Thang Yee Chin.
This includes a proposed amendments to the ISDN employee share option scheme for 2016 and performance share plan, amongst other amendments proposed as part of the dual listing. The dual listing will see ISDN list and quote up to 40 million offer shares in conjunction with the proposed listing.
ISDN.will announce the issue price of the offer shares after it is determined.
