<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=freeport">Freeport-McMoRan Inc.</a> said it will sell its interests in TF Holdings Ltd. to China Molybdenum Company Ltd.
The deal is for $2.65 billion in cash and contingent consideration of up to $120 million, according to a statement from Freeport.
