Guotai Junan Securities Co. Ltd, a securities corporation listed on the Shanghai bourse, is raising an HK$16.5 billion ($2.12 billion) in an initial public offer (IPO) that is the largest listing for this year on the Hong Kong bourse. This is also the the second-largest listing globally this year, after the recent Snap’s recent IPO which saw the US-based company raise $3.9b.
