<h3>AdPushup raises Series A funding led by Geniee Inc</h3>
Delhi and US-based startup <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.adpushup.com/">AdPushup</a>, that offers an ad layout optimization platform, has raised an undisclosed amount as part of its Series A investment led by Japanese investor, <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/geniee">Geniee</a>, Inc.
&#8220;This investment is intended to integrate Geniee&#8217;s solutions, designed to maximize ad revenue for Internet media publishers, with AdPushup&#8217;s display ad-based revenue optimization capabilities, and provide combined services to users in Japan and Southeast Asia where the Geniee SSP is used,&#8221; Geniee said in a statement.
&#8220;The companies also plan to expand business in India and the US by providing the Geniee SSP to AdPushup, which conducts transactions with over 400 Internet media companies primarily located in those countries,&#8221; it added.
Founded in 2014, AdPushup received seed round funding from group of angel Investors including Jonathan Boutelle and Amit Ranjan, previously director of LinkedIn and founder of Slideshare; Ravi Srivastava, Founding Partner at Purvi Capital; Sachin Arora, previously Principal Data Engineer Advertising Products at Yahoo; Kima Ventures; and Microsoft Ventures.
<h3>NDTV-owned Mojarto raises $445,000</h3>
<a style="color: #000080;" href="https://www.mojarto.com">Mojarto</a>, an e-commerce platform for art owned by <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/ndtv">NDTV </a>through its subsidary OnArt Quest, has raised Rs 3 crore ($445,000) from undisclosed investors, according to a stock market filing by NDTV.
OnArt Quest received investment by way of equity share capital in June, it said
Founded in December 2015 by Manisha Lath Gupta and Tara Roy , Mojarto acts as a platform for for buyers and sellers of proprietary artwork and collectibles from galleries, artists, brands, stores and designers.
NDTV also has other e-commerce venture under  NDTV Convergence Ltd including apparel and accessories site IndianRoots, auto portal CarAndBike, gadgets marketplace Gadgets 360°, wedding preparations portal BandBaajaa and food site SmartCooky.
