<h3>Bharti Airtel to divest 5% stake in tower unit</h3>
<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=bharti+airtel">Bharti Airtel</a> will sell its 5 per cent stake in tower unit <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=Bharti+Infratel">Bharti Infratel</a>, the company said in a stock market exchange.
It will use the money to bring down its debt.
Last month, Bharti announced to sell its 1,350 towers in Tanzania to ATC for $179 million.
On 21 October, the company had announced that it had signed a total of seven deals to sell its towers for a total of $1.7 billion. Other companies that Bharti has sold its towers include Helios Towers Africa and IHS Holding Ltd.
Shares of Bharti Airtel were trading at Rs 354.40 each, down 0.59 percent on BSE in a strong Mumbai market on Thursday at 10.01 AM.

<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=nazara+games">Nazara Games</a> has acquired a 26 per cent stake in London-based Mastermind Sports for an undisclosed amount, The Economic Times <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/small-biz/startups/nazara-games-picks-up-26-percent-in-mastermind-sports/articleshow/51919136.cms" target="_blank">reported</a>.
This comes soon after when the company backed another London-based company <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/stories/india-dealbook-19-36634/">Truly Social</a>.
Founded in 2014, Mastermind Games is is a gaming studio which creates social and interactive mobile games for sports fans and has offices in London and Bangalore. It focuses on live sports gaming.
Nazara, a leading mobile games developer and publisher, focuses on the large mobile consumer base in India and world wide. The company also operates some unique services such as &#8216;Games Club&#8217; and also serves as an exclusive distributor for key game developers such as Electronic Arts.
