Deals discovery platform <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/little" target="_blank">Little</a>, which has the backing of <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/paytm" target="_blank">Paytm</a>, <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/saif-partners" target="_blank">SAIF Partners</a>, <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/gic" target="_blank">GIC Singapore</a>, has acquired <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/stylofie" target="_blank">Stylofie</a>, a curated online marketplace for salons and spas.
While the financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, this deal will give access to over 50,000 registered visitors and 1000+ merchants on the Stylofie platform, the company said in a release.
&#8220;The acquisition will drive growth for Little and enable them to further penetrate the beauty and wellness segment, which is an important category for the company,&#8221; it added. 
This marks the second acquisition by Little, after it acquired <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/trideal" target="_blank">Trideal</a>, a curated deals marketplace in Chandigarh, in October 2015. The company had raised $50 million in a round led by Paytm with participation from <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/tiger-global" target="_blank">Tiger Global </a>and SAIF Partners in 2016, after which it roped in GIC as an investor in January last year. The amount invested by GIC was not disclosed.
Stylofie, which was founded by Prateek Agarwal and Saurav Dey in August 2015, is an online market place for beauty services where one can book a salon, discover salons and get access to new offers and deals.
Saurav Dey will be joining the Little team while the other two founders Prateek Agarwal and Balaji Srinivasan will be exiting to explore other opportunities. The rest of the Stylofie team will be joining Little and will be based out of Little’s office in Gurgaon, the company said.
In February last year Stylofie had raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Jaideep Mehta, MD (South Asia), IDC, prior to which it raised $250,000 in seed funding from Hong Kong-based <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/swastika" target="_blank">Swastika Company Ltd</a>.
