Japan’s Hamamatsu city plans to establish closer economic ties with Vietnam, promising to accelerate investment. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Vietnam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment and Hamamatsu was reached in mid December to accelerate the city’s investment in Vietnam and strengthen ties between the two countries.
