Malaysia-based events management company E-Plus Ltd &#8211; that listed at the <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/stories/australia-bravura-sets-113m-ipo-56992/" target="_blank">National Stock Exchange of Australia</a> with a market capitalisation of about $9 million &#8211; on Mpnday kicked off trading on the exchange.
A total of 245 million shares were issued and quoted at an initial market price of AU$ 0.05 per share.
The company provides events production, design, media and communications services.
“As the first ever events management company from Malaysia to be listed on the NSX, we have now stamped our mark in the region and look forward to playing in the international arena and moving on, we will be spreading our wings and establish more operations offices throughout <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/stories/singapores-garena-said-to-pick-goldman-for-1b-ipo-62539/" target="_blank">Southeast Asia</a>,&#8221; said Andrew Ching, CEO of E-Plus in a statement on Monday.
He said the listing will definitely be a new chapter for the company, as it continues to secure international event rights as well as producing world class events in the region.
The company has also acquired the event rights for the Powerman World Series Duathlon Asia Championships as well as the FIM Asia Supermoto Championship recently.

In addition to client servicing and events management services, the company also offers integrated marketing services that include events production, 3D and graphic design services, media and communications as well as the acquisition of international event rights.
