<p>Actis is looking to exit Endurance Technologies, and Rabo Equity Advisors has sold part of its stake in LT Foods.</p>
<h3>Actis might exit Endurance Tech via IPO</h3>
<p>Auto component maker Endurance Technologies has re-filed its papers with capital markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). It had earlier withdrawn a similar application in 2011.</p>
<p>The company will offer 19.29 million shares for sale by UK-based private equity fund Actis. Its promoters will sell 5.3 million shares. Actis had invested Rs 372.5 crore in the company five years ago. It had bought the stake from StanChart PE.</p>
<p>Endurance Technologies manufactures products like aluminium casting, overseas casting, low pressure, gravity and alloy wheels; suspension for shock absorbers and front forks; transmission, suspension and braking products.</p>
<h3>Rabo Equity Advisors has part-exited LT Foods</h3>
<p>Rabo Equity Advisors, which invests and food and agri-businesses, has sold about a tenth of its holding in LT Foods, which owns the packaged rice brand Daawat, for Rs 7.5 crore.</p>
<p>Rabo&#8217;s shares were bought by Equity Intelligence, a portfolio management services company, according to regulatory filings on Monday. Before the sale, Rabo held 14.16 per cent stake in the company.</p>
<p>Rabo had invested $10 million in LT Foods through its India Agri Business Fund seven years ago. It had also invested in LT&#8217;s subsidiary Daawat Foods, which it plans to sell later this year.</p>
