South-East Asia is under-penetrated by VCs compared to India: David Gowdey, Jungle Ventures

India, with a weaker business and innovation environment than South-East Asia (SEA), received $6.4 billion in venture capital (VC) funding in the 12 months to June, compared with only $1.6 billion received by the region, Singapore-based Jungle Ventures said in a report last week.
