Malaysia infrastructure conglomerate YTL‘s property arm YTL Land has announced the acquisition of remaining 30 per cent stake in Sentul Raya Sdn Bhd from KTMB(Sentul) Sdn Bhd and Kerati Tanah Melayu Bhd for $56.57 million (MYR252.4 million). Meanwhile, Genting Bhd‘s Singapore-based company Lestari Listrik Pte Ltd has incorporated an Indonesian subsidiary PT Lestari Banten Listrik.
