SE Asia's VC Funds: Q4 2020 Review

Southeast Asia’s venture capital firms raised $1.96 billion in 2020, a 39% drop from $3.23 billion in 2019, as travel restrictions imposed in the wake of the pandemic and increased limited partner (LP) caution affected fundraising. The number of fund closes dropped to 11 last year, less than half the 28 reported in 2019.
