The Subhash Chandra-led Essel Group, which is facing a September deadline to pay about ₹7000 crore to creditors, announced its second asset sale on Thursday. The company said in a statement that the Essel Group has signed an agreement with Adani Green Energy to sell 205 MW of Essel Infra’s solar energy assets at an enterprise valuation of ₹1300 crore.
