Artifact Labs, a spinoff from the Alibaba-owned media group South China Morning Post (SCMP), on Thursday, announced the acquisition of Hong Kong-based Refinable Limited to advance its Web 3.0 product roadmap.
The financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
