Future Fund's portfolio hits $108b mark after 5% investment gain in Q1

Australian sovereign wealth fund Future Fund has crossed the A$154 billion ($108.6 billion) mark after registering a 5 per cent investment gain in the first quarter of 2019, it said in a statement on Monday.

Future Fund was established in 2006 by the Australian government with a capital contribution of A$60.5 billion ($42.66 billion). No contributions have been made to the fund since 2008.
