China's Kailong REIT plans $151m IPO in Singapore: Report

China’s Kailong REIT is planning a $151 million initial public offering on the Singapore stock exchange in July, IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication said in a report, quoting sources.

This real estate investment trust ‘will be denominated in both Chinese renmimbi and Singapore dollars, making it the first dual currency REIT listing on the Singapore exchange’, in addition to being the ‘first ever mainland Chinese company to go for REIT offering on the Singapore exchange’, the report added.
