Mexico's Cinepolis buys 40% in Indonesia's Lippo-backed Cinemaxx for $110m

Cinepolis, the world’s fourth-largest cineplex network, has acquired 40 per cent stake in Indonesian movie theater chain Cinemaxx Global Pasifik for a consideration of $110 million, DEALSTREETASIA has learnt.
