Genesis Capital, a Hong Kong-based private equity firm exclusively focused on growth stage Internet companies, is seeking to raise its second fund.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, Genesis Capital is targeting to raise a $600-million fund. The document lists Founding partner and Director Zhijian Peng as the person related to the offering.
