Bangalore-based crowd testing startup <a href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=Crowd4Test" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Crowd4Test</a> has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from US-based <a href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=Smart+Software+Tsting+Solutions+Inc" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Smart Software Testing Solutions Inc</a>.</article>

US-based Smart Software Testing Solutions Inc has invested in Bangalore-based Crowd4Test. Also, Coffee Day has acquired ONS Ventures Sdn.Bhd in Malaysia.
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Bangalore-based Crowd4Test raises funding</h3>
Bangalore-based crowd testing startup <a href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=Crowd4Test" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Crowd4Test</a> has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from US-based <a href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=Smart+Software+Tsting+Solutions+Inc" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Smart Software Testing Solutions Inc</a>.
Through this investment, Smart Software will be focusing on building an all-in-one platform for mobile app and IoT app testing. It will integrate its mobile device cloud platform, pCloudy, and its artificial intelligence-powered mobile app testing platform with Crowd4Test.com, according to a press statement.
Crowd4Test was founded in 2015 by Ranganadh Damera. The startup is building a SaaS platform for managed crowd testing and user experience testing. It offers testing of apps, websites, and desktop software by an online community, and claims to have over 100 customers and more than 2,000 testers globally.
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Coffee Day buys Malaysian firm ONS Ventures</h3>
<a href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=Coffee+Day+Enterprises" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Coffee Day Enterprises</a> through its material subsidiary Coffee Day Global has acquired <a href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=ONS+Ventures+SDN" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ONS Ventures SDN</a> in Malaysia for around Rs 75 lakh ($117k), according to a stock market disclosure.
ONS Ventures operates in the retail trading industry in Malaysia.
The acquisition will help Coffee Day expand its business globally. The deal is expected to close by September 16, 2017.
