Indonesia’s Tokopedia said to be in talks to acquire local agritech startup Sayurbox

As part of what appears to be an ambitious inorganic growth strategy, Indonesia’s e-commerce unicorn Tokopedia is engaged in on-going talks to acquire local agritech startup Sayurbox, according to multiple sources familiar with the development.
