Japan: MBK Partners-backed cafe chain Komeda to list in Tokyo

Cafe chain operator Komeda intends to go public in June, and is set to list on Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) with a market capitalisation of $908 million (¥100 billion).

The Nagoya-based firm has already filed for an IPO, and is expected to receive approval from the bourse before May ends, The Nikkei Asian Review reported.
