Japan-headquartered B2B platform Josys has raised $32 million in a Series A round led by Global Brain Corporation, ANRI, Yamauchi-No.10 Family Office, Digital Holdings, World Innovation Lab and other venture capital firms.
Josys, which streamlines corporate IT operations, is looking to use the funds to strengthen its development wing in India and sales structure in Japan.
The company is also leveraging on R&amp;D with the view to launching its service in English-speaking countries such as India, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States and Canada.
Josys is looking to launch in Singapore first in 2023, before setting foot in the other English-speaking countries by the end of next year.
Launched in September 2021, the platform was set up as an integrated IT Devices &amp; SaaS management cloud that &#8220;enables&#8221; instead of &#8220;assists&#8221; operations cost reduction and security improvement by automating analog IT department operations.
Interestingly, Josys was born out of Raksul, a company that had received funding and support from Global Brain Corporation, ANRI and Digital Holdings.
The company achieved a 29-fold increase in MRR (monthly revenue) in the nine months from the end of Q1 to the end of Q4 in FY2022, as well as a high rating in the Sean Ellis test, which measures customer satisfaction.

The round was led by Global Brain Corporation, ANRI, Yamauchi-No.10 Family Office, Digital Holdings, World Innovation Lab and other VC firms
