Vietnam’s Viettel Global – which is joining hands with a consortium of local companies – to become Myanmar’s fourth telecom operator, is expected to officially form the joint venture by the end of May
Viettel and the the local consortium plan to lay out some possible financing plans of the proposed project with an estimated cost of $1.3 billion.
