<h3>Ola&#8217;s Chief People Officer Susheel Balakrishnan resigns</h3>
<p>In another big exit, Susheel Balakrishnan has resigned from his post of Chief People Officer at the Indian ride-hailing firm <strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/ola" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ola</a></strong>, according to media reports.</p>
<p>The Uber rival has been seeing a series of exits this year including Saikaran Krishnamurthy, Senior Vice President of Growth at Ola and Joy Bandekar, Corporate President of new initiatives at the firm who resigned in September. Prior to that, in May, COO, Vishal Kaul resigned from the post.</p>
<p>Balakrishnan joined Ola in April to lead the HR function replacing Yugantar Saikia, who was under probe for alleged fraud. Prior to Ola, Balakrishnan has worked as Chief People Officer at MENAPak, which runs Yum! Foods. He has also worked in Procter &amp; Gamble for over a decade as HR Associate Director.</p>
<h3>JLL India appoints Jaideep Dang as MD of its hotels business</h3>
<p>Global real estate investment management firm <a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/jll" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>JLL</strong> </a>has appointed Jaideep Dang as Managing Director of its Hotels &amp; Hospitality Business in India.</p>
<p>This marks Dang&#8217;s second stint with the firm, after he left in 2011, ending his seven year association with JLL. At the time he was key in negotiating multiple management contracts for investors with global chains such as Hyatt, Carlson, Marriott and Frasers in India, according to an official statement.</p>
<p>Dang&#8217;s appointment comes as part of JLL&#8217;s effort to strengthen its hotels and hospitality focused portfolio by building on existing and potential long-term strategic relationships with major Indian and global brands.</p>
