Singapore firms have engaged in a series of transactions across multiple sectors. Orchid Capital Investments (OCI), an indirect subsidiary of Chandler Corporation via its parent firm Chandler Holdings Limited (CHL), a Singapore-based investment major, has divested three million common shares in the capital of InterOil Corporation (IOC).
