VN Dealbook: Da Nang launches $1.3m incubator; Licogi 13 on buying spree

In a good news for Vietnamese startups, central Da Nang City has a new incubator called the Danang Entrepreneurship Support Company. With its existence, the city aims to transform into the “city for startups” of Vietnam. Meanwhile, in another development, Licogi 13, a construction company based in Hanoi, is acquiring three privately owned businesses.

Da Nang launches $1.3m incubator

The VND30 billion ($1.3 million) Danang Entrepreneurship Support Company Limited (DNES), which will run incubation programmes in central Da Nang City of Vietnam, was launched in January 14.
