Malaysian state investment vehicle 1Malaysian Development Bhd (1MDB) has sold its 60 per cent equity interest in Bandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd to a consortium formed by Iskandar Waterfront Holdings Sdn Bhd (IWH) and China Railway Engineering Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd (CREC) for MYR7.41 billion ($1.72 billion).
