Malaysia: Ranhill invests in China water treatment plant, Wah Seong sells Nigerian unit, MISC merges chemical and CPP biz

As Ranhill, to be listed on Bursa Malaysia tomorrow, announces an investment into China for a water treatment plant project, oil and gas player Wah Seong exits Nigeria with the disposal of a unit there. Meanwhile, energy logistics firm, MISC, seeks synergy through the merger of its chemical and clean petroleum products (CPP) businesses.
