Government-linked private equity fund management firm Ekuiti Nasional Bhd (Ekuinas) has achieved an annual gross internal rate of return (IRR) of 14.8 per cent for its Direct Tranche I Fund, and 13 per cent in 2015, amid more challenging business environment.
