<article><a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/savills-im" target="_blank">Savills Investment Management (Savills IM)</a>, an international real estate investment manager, has appointed <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://au.linkedin.com/in/leetredwell" target="_blank">Lee Tredwell</a> as Head of Investment for Savills IM in Australia.</article>

<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/savills-im" target="_blank">Savills Investment Management (Savills IM)</a>, an international real estate investment manager, has appointed <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://au.linkedin.com/in/leetredwell" target="_blank">Lee Tredwell</a> as Head of Investment for Savills IM in Australia.
Tredwell’s appointment is in line with the firm’s plans to increase its exposure in the Australian real estate market by enhancing its local presence. It first set up its Sydney office in May 2016.
Tredwell has experience in multiple asset classes and markets, and has, to date, been involved in over $2.2 billion of capital transactions. He joins Savills IM with over 15 years of experience in handling various transaction and investment activities in the commercial real estate space, including acquisitions, underwriting and financing through to active asset management, redevelopment and disposals.
Prior to this, he spent 10 years at GE Capital Real Estate where he was responsible for GE’s equity and debt investments in Australia &amp; New Zealand, together with fund investments throughout South East Asia. He has also held senior roles at Abacus Property Group and CBRE.
In his new role, he will be responsible for growing Savills IM’s Australia investment platform and will report to Kiran Patel, Chief Investment Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Property Economics (Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney, and is a qualified valuer, being a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Urban Land Institute.
