Bankers brace for M&A drought as Brexit vote halts deal flow

Bankers advising companies on takeovers and initial public offerings (IPO) have all but written off big-ticket activity for the rest of 2016, after a British vote to leave the European Union poleaxed company valuations and executive confidence.
