Havas Worldwide, an integrated marketing communications agency, announced that it had acquired Riverorchid, an agency network based in Indochina with operations in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. Havas did not disclose transaction details, and said the acquisition was set to be completed by the end of the year.
