<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.impactgrowthreit.com">IMPACT Growth REIT</a>, Thailand’s first ever Real Estate Investment Trust, has opened its first day of trading on the <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.set.or.th">Stock Exchange of Thailand</a> (SET) today.
After the closing of initial public offering (IPO), <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.bangkokland.co.th">Bangkok Land Public Company Limited</a> (BLAND) owned net cash before tax 10.86 billion baht ($ 334.4 m) and generated a net profit of 6 billion baht ($184.7 m) for its subsidiary IMPACT Exhibition Management Company Limited.
IPO subscription for trust units of IMPACT Growth REIT will be invested in expanding its construction projects in Muang Thong Thani, including Ibis Hotel, Shopping &amp; Entertainment Complex Project, and Indoor Parking with a capacity for accommodating 2,000 cars.
