India Digest: SoftBank makes public Oyo- Zo deal; Vodafone, Cairn tax liabilities; Lilliput settlement; HDFC credit line to Flipkart

SoftBank, a major stakeholder in India-based Oyo Rooms, has made public the acquisition of Zo Rooms by the budget hotels provider, although the deal is yet to be signed. EY may have to pay up to $35 million to Bain Capital in the Lilliput Kidswear, e-commerce giant, while Flipkart has received a $67 million line of credit from HDFC Bank.
