India Digest: Blackstone to pick stake in K Raheja Corp; TA, Fairfax in race for InterGlobe stake

Private equity major Blackstone is likely to pick up 15 per cent stake in K Raheja Corp’s commercial and income producing portfolio for $250-300 million. In another development, Hyderabad International Airport (HIAL) is looking to raise $350 million through high-coupon offshore bonds. Also, TA Associates and Fairfax have come as the top two contenders to buy a stake in InterGlobe Technology Quotient (ITQ) for around $200 million.
