Private equity firm Kubera Partners has agreed to divest its entire stake in Planetcast Media Services Ltd (PMSL), in which it had invested through Kubera Cross-Border Fund (Mauritius) Ltd, according to a London Stock Exchange filing. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals.
