<article>Singapore’s maritime service and support solutions provider <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.amos-marine.com/" target="_blank">AMOS Group</a> announced today that it has acquired the <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://hk-info.com/world_hand_shipping_limited/1651051/" target="_blank">World Hand Shipping Limited</a> for an undisclosed amount.</article>

Singapore’s maritime service and support solutions provider <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.amos-marine.com/" target="_blank">AMOS Group</a> announced today that it has acquired the <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://hk-info.com/world_hand_shipping_limited/1651051/" target="_blank">World Hand Shipping Limited</a> for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 1991, World Hand Shipping is a Hong Kong-based ship chandlery supplier for the marine and shipping Industry. The firm offer support services at the Port of Hong Kong to a diverse range of customers including some of the world’s largest ship owners, operators, and other chandlers.
Meanwhile, AMOS was founded in 2004 and based in Singapore. AMOS provides service and support solutions to operators of maritime fleets and the offshore oil and gas industry. AMOS’s maritime fleet customers include global and regional shipping owners and management companies and the national navies of several countries in the Asia Pacific region.
Kyle Shaw, Chairman of AMOS Group said that the broadened company is well positioned to increase its market share and growth, with its expanded regional presence, products, and services offerings.
“We expect AMOS will continue to pursue growth organically and through strategic acquisitions,” he said in a press statement.
The merged companies is projected to bring complementary benefits to each other’s customers, including a turnkey range of service and supply solutions for maritime fleet and offshore oil and gas operators, through a single point of contact.
The acquisition also provides AMOS Group a wholly owned operation and experienced management team in Hong Kong to support its expansion and growth of customer services.  World Hand Shipping’s customers will have access to AMOS’ international network of over 2,500 partners and suppliers.
“With this acquisition as well as planned future acquisitions, AMOS Group will offer its customers high quality and competitive products and services across Asia, “ said Danny Lien, Founder and CEO of AMOS Group.
“Customers will benefit from a one-stop service with one point of contact and support,” he added.
