Vietnam's VietinBank seeks govt nod to increase foreign holdings beyond 30%

VietinBank, the largest of Vietnam’s banks part-owned by private companies, has sought government approval to increase the foreign holdings in it, which is currently capped at 30 per cent, as part of a pilot scheme.
