D2C athleisure brand Cava Athleisure has raised nearly $4.35 million (Rs 40 crore) in its Series A funding round, while Biopeak has raised $2.7 million in its latest funding round led by NKSquared.
Sharrp leads funding in Cava Athleisure
D2C athleisure brand Cava Athleisure has raised nearly $4.35 million (Rs 40 crore) in its Series A funding round, led by Sharrp Ventures, per an announcement.
Sharrp Ventures contributed Rs 21 crore to the round, while the balance was infused by V3 Ventures and existing investor Spring Marketing Capital.
Post-funding, the company’s valuation stood at Rs 215 crore.
The funding proceeds will be used to accelerate new product development, enhance brand-building initiatives, expand omnichannel distribution, and strengthen the leadership team, the company said in a statement.
Co-founded in 2022 by Ria and Shreya Mittal, Cava Athleisure is a D2C premium and sustainable brand offering trendy clothing for men and women. The brand had earlier secured $1.14 million in seed funding from Spring Marketing Capital and other investors in June 2024.
Biopeak raises $2.7m led by NKSquared
Biopeak, a longevity and health optimisation brand, has raised $2.7 million in its latest funding round led by NKSquared, the investment vehicle of Zerodha cofounder Nikhil Kamath.
The capital will be used to expand Biopeak’s presence and deepen capabilities across diagnostics, proprietary AI, research, and program development, the company said in a press statement.
Co-founded in 2025 by Rishi Pardal and Shiva Subramanian, Biopeak is building multidisciplinary specialist-led programmes that combine diagnostics, proprietary AI-driven insights, targeted clinical interventions, and sustained follow-up over time. Its approach is designed around Indian health profiles and disease patterns, enabling early risk identification, health optimisation, and supported recovery and regeneration.
