Dutch technology investor Prosus said on Monday it had sold a 5% stake in Delivery Hero to Aspex Management, taking gross proceeds of around 335 million euros ($394 million).
The transaction price represents an about 22% premium to the 30-day volume-weighted average price of Delivery Hero‘s shares as of May 8.
