India Digest: Naturis Cosmetics, Reo.Dev secure fresh funding

Naturis Cosmetics, a contract manufacturer for beauty and personal care brands, has raised nearly $10.4 million in its first external funding round. In a separate development, Reo.Dev has raised $11.3 million in its Series A funding round.

Naturis Cosmetics raises $10.4m

Naturis Cosmetics, a contract manufacturer for beauty and personal care brands, has raised nearly $10.4 million (Rs 100 crore) in its first external funding round.

The investment was led by Sharrp Ventures, and also saw participation from Mirabilis Investment Trust (Infosys Co-founder K. Dinesh Family Office), financial growth equity investors Anicut Capital and Niveshaay, D2C ecosystem leaders including Suyash Saraf (Hyperscale Ventures) and Yogesh Kabra, along with several prominent angel investors from pharma and specialty chemical ecosystems.

Founded as an R&D-driven contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), Naturis serves over 50 beauty and personal care brands, including Nykaa, Pilgrim, Purplle, Colorbar, Bare Anatomy, Kay Beauty and Asaya. It also collaborates with pharmaceutical companies such as Glenmark and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in the OTC and cosmeceuticals segments.

The company said it plans to expand its footprint across India with a new production facility in Vapi spanning 225,000 sq. ft, alongside an experience centre in the NCR region and a new R&D centre in Mumbai. It also aims to scale its workforce across key verticals.

Over the next five years, Naturis intends to diversify into segments such as men’s grooming, body care, colour cosmetics, fragrances and exports, while strengthening its presence in the OTC pharma space.

Elevation leads $11.3m funding in Reo.Dev

Reo.Dev, an AI-native GTM platform built for companies selling to engineering and technical teams, on Thursday announced that it has raised $11.3 million in its Series A funding round led by Elevation Capital.

The funding also saw participation from returning investors Heavybit, India Quotient, and Foster Ventures, as well as new investor Uncorrelated Ventures, alongside many angel investors and AI industry leaders.

The funding will be used to advance Reo.Dev’s frontier AI capabilities accelerate the development of its AI agent roadmap and expand the platform’s capabilities.

The latest round brings the company’s total funding to $15.3 million.

Reo.Dev captures and interprets AI signals- from GitHub, package managers, documentation, and product usage to external signals like Stack Overflow, Reddit, LinkedIn, and job changes- and turns them into AI agents that act: building audiences, finding buyers, and prioritizing pipeline.
