Ringg AI extends Series A round

Ringg AI has extended its Series A funding round to $15 million, led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Arkam Ventures and Capital 2B, per an announcement.

The Bengaluru-headquartered startup builds AI agents that enable enterprises to automate customer conversations and the business workflows that follow.

Its platform combines voice, WhatsApp and browser-based agents, which can connect with enterprise systems and business rules. The company’s agents are used for workflows such as lead qualification, onboarding, customer support, collections and renewals.

Established in 2023, Ringg AI counts startups such as Policybazaar, CRED, Flipkart, Groww and Practo among its customers.

Nexedge Capital raises $20m

Nexedge Capital, a wealth management and multi-family office firm serving India’s HNIs, UHNIs, families and corporates, has raised $20 million as it looks to expand its operations.

Mirae Asset Venture Investment and Elev8 Venture Partners led the round, per a company announcement.

Nexedge, launched in 2025, said it would use the capital to strengthen its technology platform, expand its senior banker network and grow its presence across India, including in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. The company also plans to launch new offerings, including a dedicated proposition for NRIs and an NBFC business.

“The confidence shown by our institutional investors reinforces our belief that this is a rare opportunity to build India’s first true Net-Worth Management firm, one that manages the entirety of a family’s balance sheet rather than only its investable surplus,” said Anirudha Taparia, Founder & CEO at Nexedge Capital.
