Chinese electronics components maker Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing is seeking to raise up to HK$10.67 billion ($1.36 billion) in a Hong Kong listing, according to a regulatory filing lodged on Tuesday.
The Shenzhen-listed manufacturer of electronic circuit products is offering 113.8 million H shares at up to HK$93.80 each, joining a wave of mainland firms tapping a resurgent initial public offering market in the financial hub.
Suzhou Dongshan Precision said proceeds from the offering would be used to build new and upgrade existing production facilities, including expanding high-speed EML chip and optical module manufacturing capacity in mainland China.
Final pricing is scheduled for October 26, with trading of the shares expected to begin on October 28.
Founded in 1998, Suzhou Dongshan Precision is the world’s second-largest supplier of flexible printed circuit boards used in smartphones, automobiles and other electronic devices, according to the company’s website.
In Hong Kong, companies raised HK$388 billion through 118 listings in the first nine months of 2026, more than double from a year earlier, helped by strong investor appetite for Chinese technology-related stocks.
