3one4 leads $9.9m funding in Ace Blend

Ace Blend, a science led nutrition company, has raised $9.91 million in a Series A2 funding round led by 3one4 Capital, according to an announcement.

Existing investor Fireside Ventures is doubling down on its investment. The venture capital firm had earlier led Ace Blend’s $3.3 million pre Series A round, the company said in a statement.

Ace Blend plans to use the fresh capital to bring new nutrition formats to market and continue investing in research-led product development.

“The human body is one of the most sophisticated machines on earth, but it evolves over thousands of years. The world around us is accelerating far faster than our biology can keep up. That gap is where so many modern deficiencies and diseases live. Our work is to close it, with powerful nutrients that go beyond what our plates can offer, backed by clinical evidence. It all comes down to bridging that gap and improving health span in ways people can truly feel,” said Shivam Hingorani, founder and chief vision officer, Ace Blend.

The company claims to have grown 300% in FY26, with more than 46% of its customers making repeat purchases.

Venttup raises $3m led by Rainmatter

Industries 5.0 startup Venttup has raised $3 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Rainmatter, the investment arm of Zerodha, and Unicorn India Ventures.

The company will use the fresh capital to expand its engineering team, invest in precision manufacturing and rapid prototyping infrastructure. The funds will also be used for adopting AI to improve business-to-business (B2B) sourcing, supplier intelligence and operational efficiency.

The funding will further support Venttup’s efforts to scale its operations and transition from engineering development to scalable production across the energy transition, defence, aerospace and space sectors.

“India’s next phase of manufacturing growth requires strong engineering capabilities that can translate complex requirements into validated, production-ready components. At Venttup, we are building an engineering-first manufacturing company that brings together design standardisation, rapid prototyping, testing and scalable production through India’s capable MSME ecosystem,” said Sandeep Nair, Co founder CEO, Venttup.

Venttup is also setting up a manufacturing facility in Bengaluru to strengthen its rapid prototyping and precision manufacturing capabilities.
