Singapore's REITS to pursue international industrial acquisitions in 2016: Moody's

Singapore real estate investment trusts (S-REITs) in the industrial space will are likely to maintain their appetite for overseas acquisitions in 2016 as they pursue asset growth, yield accretion and portfolio diversification amid challenging business conditions around the Asia Pacific and beyond, said a Moody’s report titled “Industrial Real Estate Investment Trusts — Singapore: Industrial REITs Will Be Acquisitive in 2016.”
