<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.stengg.com/">Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd</a>’s land systems and specialty vehicles arm <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.stkie.com.sg/">ST Kinetics</a> and its aerospace arm <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://www.staero.aero/">ST Aerospace</a> have acquired subsidiaries in their respective fields.
ST Kinetics has injected Rs.480 million ($7.7 million) into <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.leeboyindia.com/">LeeBoy India</a> through its subsidiary <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://www.sgpbusiness.com/company/Sdg-Kinetics-Pte-Ltd">SDG Kinetics</a> to fund its working capital requirements. With this latest infusion SDG Kinetics’ total investment in LeeBoy India now stands at Rs1,479.8 million (around $22 million).
SDG Kinetics also purchased shares worth Rs7.8 million (Around $0.2 million) from LeeBoy India’s remaining minority shareholders at INR10 per share. Subsequent to the deal, LeeBoy India has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of ST Kinetics.
While Leeboy is a road construction and excavation equipment designing and manufacturing company, ST Kinetics (Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd) is the land systems and specialty vehicles arm of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd.
In addition, its aerospace arm ST Aerospace has completed its investment of the additional 20 percent equity interest in Germany’s<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.efw.airbus-group.com/"> Elbe Flugzeugwerke </a>making it a subsidiary of the Singapore-based company.
The additional investment saw the launch of the collaboration in June 2015, between <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.airbus.com/">Airbus</a>, EFW and ST Aerospace for the A320/A321P2F passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion programmes.
Following the completion, EFW becomes a subsidiary of ST Aerospace, with the latter owning 55 per cent of the shareholding and <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://airbusdefenceandspace.com/">Airbus Defence and Space</a> holding the remaining percent.
“The capital changes are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year,” ST Engineering said in both its statements. 
ST Engineering is an integrated engineering group providing solutions and services in the aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine sectors.
