Baring PE Asia buys TA Associates holding in UK retailer Cath Kidston

Baring Private Equity Asia has acquired 80 per cent stake in British fashion and homeware brand Cath Kidston from US private equity (PE) firm TA Associates. Financial terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.
