Singapore: TEE International gets $S108m privatisation offer from CEO

TEE International has received a buyout offer from Phua Chian Kin, its group CEO and controlling shareholder of, that will see other shareholders bought out and the company delisted from the Singapore Exchange (SGX). At 21.5 cents per share, it values the company at S$108 million ($77.36 million).
