China's securities regulator eases IPO exit norms for PE, VC investors

The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has exempted venture capital and private equity firms from new regulations that limit the ability of major shareholders to offload their stake in newly listed companies with an intent to make quick profit, said a report in China Money Network.
