Crop protection player ADAMA Ltd, formerly known as Makhteshim-Agan, has signed an agreement to acquire 50 per cent stake in a unit of Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co., Ltd for 370 million yuan ($53 million), according to its filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SSE) on Thursday.
